Exclusivity Agreement

• Area exclusivity will be maintained based on annual spending.
• To retain exclusivity, customers must spend at least $20,000 per rolling year. If this minimum is not met, the area will be open to new customers unless agreed otherwise with our head office.

All customers, whether premium or not, can continue to purchase Imagine Fashion products. However, only those meeting the $20,000 spend will maintain area exclusivity unless agreed otherwise with our head office.

To apply for exclusivity in your area, a base minimum spend of $20,000 must be reached within the last 12 months. For smaller population areas, an agreement can be made after the submission of your application.
