Returns and Exchanges

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Returns are only available under certain conditions. Please review our return policy below to understand the eligibility criteria and process.

Returns & Exchanges Within Australia

Full priced items purchased via the Imagine Fashion Website can be returned to Imagine Fashion within 30 days of purchasing the item, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not clearance, discounted more than 30%, jewellery or a gift card.

Clearance or products discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale items, and are not able to be returned for change of mind.

Any items received by Imagine Fashion that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender. 

Returning In-Store: Item must be returned in-store within 14 days of the purchase and the item/s meet the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase is provided;

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not a gift card or jewellery.

 

Returning Via Post: Request for return must be submitted within 14 days of the order arriving at the delivery location and the item/s meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not a gift card or jewellery.

 

Returns & Exchanges Outside of Australia

Full priced items purchased via the Imagine Fashion Website can be returned to Imagine Fashion within 30 days of purchasing the item, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or damaged;

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item is not clearance, discounted more than 30%, jewellery or a gift card.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed from when we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider and can take up to 5 business days to show.

Where further reimbursement for postage cost is required we may be in contact for card/bank details.

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a gift card or exchange.

 

Discounted, Sale and Clearance Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance, items discounted more than 30%, jewellery, or gift cards.

 

Faulty Items

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please let us know by contacting Imagine Fashion via sales@imaginefashion.com.au or (+61) 7 5632 5705. An image may be required so that we can assist you futher. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange, gift card or refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

 

Can I return an item purchased online in-store?

Yes, you can return an item purchased online in-store. Please bring the item along with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our store, and our staff will assist you with the return process.
