Refund policy
To guarantee customer satisfaction Imagine Fashion will Replace, Credit, Exchange, or Refund any item that our customers are not satisfied with. (This includes ill-fitting garments, faulty items, unsatisfactory quality, or if the garment arrived differently than described or displayed online).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unless faulty.
Purchased Online → Return Online
Within Australia
For returns online, you will need your order number without the "#" (eg. 9154-R) and the email address used to place the order.
All items are eligible to be returned by you excluding the exceptions listed below this includes items purchased that are classified as "sale", or "clearance". Imagine Fashion will refund the cost of standard shipping as well as the amount paid by you for your item once the item has been received by our team. The return form must be submitted within the 14-day period from receiving the item. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Purchased Online → Return Instore
For online purchases you wish to return in-store, you will need proof of purchase (Digital Invoice or Physical Invoice). All items are eligible to be returned by you excluding the exceptions listed below this includes items purchased that are classified as "sale", or "clearance". For a refund, these items must be returned within 14 days from when you received the item. Otherwise, an instore only credit will be provided to you.
However for returns in-store if the item is faulty after the moment of purchase the customer is entitled to a full refund/exchange/credit after the 14-day period.

Exchanges Accepted
Purchased Instore → Return Instore
For returns in-store, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased in-store are unable to be returned if the item is classified as "sale", "clearance", or "imperfect". These items are to be examined by the customer before purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
However for returns in-store if the item is faulty after the moment of purchase the customer is entitled to a full refund/exchange/credit after the 14-day period.

Exchanges Accepted
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any errors.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings due to Health and Safety concerns as well as sale stock. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards will expire 3 years from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
Online Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.
In Store Exchanges
You can exchange an item you've purchased from us in store not matter where the original purchase was made. If you wish to start an exchange in store please ensure you have sufficient proof of purchase. (ie. Order Invoice, receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returning Sale Items Online
Items that are discounted either by general price drop (e.g. $99.95 $119.95) or sold in a sale or discount promotion are not eligible to be returned.
Returning Online Purchase To Physical Store
We accept returns to any of our "Imagine Fashion" stores. - Locations
Please ensure when returning the item/s you have your invoice which is delivered with the online order.
