Packaging Time
Imagine Fashion attempts to dispatch all retail orders within a 24-48 hour time frame. However, this is just a guideline and may be affected by public holidays, sale periods, and other external factors.
Delivery Packaging
All orders that are shipped within Australia are posted in Flat Rate Australia Post Satchels. Where orders do not fit in a Flat Rate Australia Post Satchel the order will be shipped in a carton with Australia Post.
International orders are posted in Standard Australia Post International Satchels. Where international orders cannot fit inside a Standard Australia Post International Stachel they will be delivered in a carton.
Incorrect Address on Item
If the mistake is picked up on before the item is sent back to Imagine Fashion, we can redirect the parcel to the correct address at no extra cost. If a purchase is returned to us due to the incorrect address being provided when placing the order, a shipping fee for the amount of repostage will be required before resending the item to the correct address.
